Checklist Generator does not charge for anything. Browsing, ticking off items and downloading a PDF are all free, with no account and no payment step — so there is no purchase for this policy to cover, and no basis on which to request a refund.

If you were charged

If you believe you were charged money by something claiming to be this Service, that charge did not come from us — we have no payment processor connected. Please dispute it with your bank or card provider, and let us know at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} so we can look into it.

If paid features are introduced in future

Should the Service ever add a paid tier, this page will be replaced with a full refund policy — covering when refunds are available, the window to request one, and how digital-delivery consent and any statutory withdrawal-right rules apply — published before any payment is taken. The Pricing page would state the price at the same time.
